The AI ad-tool space is buried in listicles that rank whatever paid the most, and generic directories that dump 5,000 tools with no point of view. Paid media pros do not need a bigger list. They need a shorter, honest one: the handful of tools worth a seat in your stack, described for what they do for your account and your team.
AdToolScout is written from that seat. Every entry names what the tool actually does, who it is for, and where it stops. If a tool is Meta-only, we say so. If its "AI scores" are directional rather than gospel, we say that too.

A person uses or evaluates each tool and writes the description. No auto-generated filler.

Rankings are by merit. Sponsors can buy a clearly-labeled Featured placement and a richer profile, never a secret boost in the ordering.

Each listing carries a verified date. We re-check that the product is live and pricing is current, and strike abandonware from the index.
